What Skip Level is

Skip Level lists engineering leadership roles. We take them from companies' public job feeds (Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby) and show a short summary with a link to the original posting. We aren't the employer or a recruiter, and we aren't part of the hiring process. You apply on the company's site, and their terms apply there.

Accuracy

We re-check listings daily, but we can't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or still open. Level, scope, hands-on, team size and pay comparisons are automated estimates, and some come from a language model. Always confirm details in the company's own posting before you rely on them.

You're welcome to browse, search and share links. Please don't scrape the site in bulk or use it to send spam.
