Job-board trend Not enough history yet: we have 1 day of snapshots (tracking since Oct 17, 2026) and need at least 7 to compare weeks.
What we check · DDOG on SEC EDGAR
  • Job-board data: our daily count of open roles on Datadog's own job board (all roles and manager roles), roles opened vs closed, and sudden drops.
  • WARN notices: official state layoff notices from California (EDD), Washington (ESD) and Texas (TWC open data, which can lag weeks behind). Matched only when the filing's legal name exactly equals the company's name or a known legal name. Notices filed under another entity name, or in other states, won't appear.
  • SEC filings (Datadog, Inc., CIK 1561550): 8-Ks with Item 2.05 (exit or disposal costs), and 10-Q/10-K reports that state restructuring costs or a workforce reduction.
  • News: headlines from established outlets that report an announced layoff, hiring freeze or restructuring at this company. No forums, Blind, Reddit or rumours.

Last checked: news Oct 17, 2026, SEC Oct 17, 2026, WARN Oct 17, 2026.

Signals are public facts with a link to where each came from. They are not predictions, and they don't mean this team or role is affected. Automatic name matching can miss or, rarely, mis-attribute a record, so check the source before drawing conclusions.
